Although the purpose of Sit and Strengthen in our home is to reduce the risk of falls through targeted chair-based exercises, Josh (our instructor) brings much more than that.
The social aspect of our group activity means that residents now have something in common, and they always look forward to our weekly session. The exercises themselves are aimed at the needs of our residents and each week they develop at a suitable rate. We are so lucky to have Communifit’s Sit and Strengthen exercise programme in our home!
